From your initial booking we aim to be onsite the very same day or at the latest next working day.  The specialised designjet repair agent will openly discuss the details of your machine with you first, and then run some tests prints to get a better understanding of the quality and performance of your machine.

When All Printer Solutions Sydney pty Ltd have diagnosed the underlying problem he will try to repair the HP designjet without replacing any parts. If new parts are required the designjet repair agent will discuss this further with you and advise you all pricing in order to get your machine back to an optimum level of performance ‘FAST’.

As long as all the required parts are in stock when your machine is booked the process should not take any longer than 24hours from initial booking.  If we are required to wait on any parts then an estimated time will be given to you upon the initial visit for your designjet repair.
