• To respond to your service call within 48 hours of receipt of your initial booking, unless otherwise agreed, confirmed and communicated with all parties involved.
• To troubleshoot and give a quote for repairs and services to your printer, where a service fee will be charged to all clients.
• Provide the best price possible on all new machines, replacement parts, consumables and supplies.
• To replace all necessary parts within the machine that are required to ensure the machine is running at a sound performance. This includes the replacement of either genuine, compatible, refurbished or second hand parts in order to get the machine running sufficiently.
• All printer solutions Sydney guarantee only to charge one service call out fee and labor machine at any one time.
• To track all repairs through serial numbers of machines, and to identify them for future service and repairs.
• To provide customers with technicians and other staff who can assist with providing accurate information as possible to all customers on the initial consultation.
• To ensure all warranties of service and parts are honored within a timely manner where provided and advised to all customers.
• To ensure all consumables sold and supplied by us that are deemed faulty are covered under warranty and will be replaced in a timely matter where stock permits.
• Provide all customers with advise as accurately as possible with the information provided on hand
